Our Mission

Prime Property Solutions 19 LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout Hampton Roads area. We specialize in buying distressed homes and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords.

Founded in 2019 by Tiffani Long, Prime Property Solutions 19 LLC is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Hampton Roads and its neighborhoods.

Who We Are

After 13 years of upgrading systems for our fleet to defend our country, founder and CEO Tiffani Long set her sights on real estate investing. She turned to her family and sold them on the vision. They encouraged her to found Prime Property Solutions 19 LLC in 2019.

She plans to bring her mother, Alfreda to the team as a project manager, overseeing all the renovation projects. Gary, her father will ensure the projects go smoothly and on time while remaining in budget. Her daughters, Danasia and Chloie, pitch in with marketing ideas and help brainstorm things to help the business grow. Our team is dedicated and laser focused which is essential to ensure the business will skyrocket.
